I am passionate about the unique experiences of individuals, and how each of us perceive our surroundings.
During my early architecture career, I developed a keen understanding of the criticality of how each visitor, bringing their unique experiences and perspective, would interact with and use the physical space. Now, I leverage design and requirements principles in the development of digital products with the unique user perspective in mind. I am able to seamlessly create solutions that meet various goals - from ease of use and enhanced interaction, to using the principles of psychology and behavior to ensure a more frequent and stronger connection between users and the digital products and services they depend on.
In addition to achieving success in the attention economy, I am also able to assist organizations in assessing their own digital strategies. More recently, this has included the evaluation and the usability of their solutions in light of the increasing legal requirements that apply to the digital space, to enhancing the effectiveness of their services for populations that might otherwise be excluded or left behind.
